Can You use a japanese Yugioh Card at a local hobby league location?
i recently bought a legit japanese Des Volstgalph and i was wondering if i could use it there and at local tournaments of yugioh.
as far as i know you can use a foreign cards in official games…on two conditions…it exists in the tcg and you have a readily available translation
but if its just a local non official tourny then you gotta ask…
