Toon Dark Magician Can be Special Summoned by Girl's Circle Magicians if Toon World is active?
I heard it can not be Special Summoned from your hand Sacrificing a monster, or from your graveyard if it was destroyed on the first field (Toon World must also be active). If this is the case, can you please explain to me why.
